You receive pricing based on the approved specification, estimated weight, labor, stones, finishing and quantity.

Development & sampling
CAD, tooling or a physical sample is prepared as required. Revisions are agreed before production.

Sample approval
You confirm the design, measurements, fit, stones, finish and production standard.

Production & QC
The order moves through manufacturing, finishing and final quality checks against the approved sample.

Packing & shipping
Approved goods are securely packed and dispatched using the agreed international shipping method.

Silver
925 sterling silver, including recycled silver options, for casting and hand-fabricated designs.
Brass & white brass
Nickel-free options for suitable designs, including components made in silver where skin contact or function requires it.
Gold
Selected solid-gold production in available karats, subject to design, casting requirements and order quantity.
Plating
Gold, vermeil and rhodium finishes with thickness specified according to the project and intended market.
Gemstones
Natural and laboratory-created stones, mother-of-pearl, opal, moonstone, CZ and other materials sourced to specification and availability.
Customer components
Assembly using approved customer-supplied stones or components may be possible after technical inspection.
Material, plating and product-safety requirements should be stated at inquiry stage. Testing and certification are quoted separately when required for a specific market.

MOQ and lead times shaped around the project.
Final quantities and schedules are confirmed only after the design, materials and production method have been reviewed.
Some rings, gold pieces, custom components, complex stone settings or specialist finishes require a higher quantity.
Measured from design approval and receipt of the required payment, subject to revisions, stone sourcing and tooling.
Measured after sample approval and production payment. Larger or technically complex orders may require more time.

Consistency starts with an approved specification.
Before production, we agree the key details that can be measured or visually checked: dimensions, approximate weight, stone specification, surface finish, plating and functional requirements.
Because handmade jewelry, natural gemstones and finishing processes can have reasonable variation, any critical tolerances should be identified before quotation and sampling. Production updates and approvals help keep expectations clear throughout the project.

Before you begin.
Can I order samples before production?
Yes. Samples are recommended for new designs so construction, dimensions, stones and finish can be approved before a larger order.
Can you work from my CAD file or physical sample?
Yes. We can review CAD, drawings, reference images or a physical piece. We will confirm whether the files or sample are suitable for direct production or require development work.
Do you protect customer designs?
Customer designs and technical information are handled as project-confidential material. If a formal NDA is required, please send it for review before sharing sensitive files.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We serve international customers and can arrange shipment using the agreed carrier. Freight, duties, taxes and destination requirements are confirmed separately.
