About your inquiry.
Must I attach design files to the Google Form?
No. Submit the initial inquiry first. When we reply, you can respond to our email and attach drawings, photos, CAD files or specifications.
Can I request samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sampling is recommended for new designs. The development method, sample cost and estimated schedule are confirmed after technical review.
What if I do not know the exact weight or dimensions?
Send the information you have, together with reference images and the intended appearance. We will identify which details must be confirmed before quotation or sampling.
When will I receive a price?
A price can be prepared after the design, materials, quantity, finish and development scope are sufficiently clear. Complex projects may require technical review or sample development before final production pricing.
